Use the standard list techniques to create this format.

The words in CAPS should be links to the respective information (a mail link
for EMAIL ME, and absolute references to the google, altavista, and yahoo web
sites in the second group).

Your XHTML should be well-formed: you can test this with the validation page
before turning it in.  Just because it shows up on internet explorer does not
mean it is valid XHTML.
