History
Cake N Bake was founded in 2021 as the pandemic's lasting effects concluded. We thought that after such a long isolation period, people needed a place to go where they can leave the house they've been trapped in and feel confortable in public. We make sure to hire friendly employees, play lively music, and have a seating area with a relaxing ambiance.
Events
We are proud to host and participate in several events across the Grand Valley. Every year, Cake N Bake hosts a bake sale where 100% of the profits are donated to charity. We also host a cookie competition where customers place their favorite cookie recipe in a box and then the recipes are posted on the wall and voted on by customers and staff. The winner's cookie recipe will then be available for the next month when the next competition will take place. Addiionally, we participate in several CMU events where we set up a coffee and sweets stand for students to buy discounted goods from our store. How It's Made
At Cake N Bake, we ensure the quality of our food and drinks by only using the purest and healthiest ingredients. We have our coffee beans imported from Colombia and our grains from organic producers. We recieve fresh vegetables and fruits daily for our bakery and cafe foods. If you have any questions about where we source our ingredients from, do not hesitate to stop by and ask one of our trained employees who should be able to answer all of your questions.
