    Morrow Point pool elevation for most of these pictures was at elevation 7143 feet which is 17 feet below full on 8-11-02.  Tour boat unable to operate this year (2002) because of the low water.  At this level it is about a two mile walk along the river before the water is slack enough to paddle upstream.  River is a fast moving Class II with maybe Class III drops.

Narrow gauge railroad bed is a good place to walk and find railroad spikes.  Two pictures on right are from previous year when the reservoir is nearly full.

You also have to carry your boat down 230 stairs and back up.
