Do Not Run Section

Shoshone dam to Shoshone power plant has no water on it most of the year.   The water is diverted at the dam through a tunnel to the Shoshone power plant down two miles downriver.   During spring runoff there is a falls immediately after the dam which to run would be playing Russian roulette with five rounds in a six-shooter.   That is followed by a second class V drop before a long section of class II water.   Near the end things get rough again with another class V rapid before reaching the Shoshone power plant.
