It was another "Sunset-Winslow" race. The wind was fierce and the trails in the open drifted over so once again we retreated to the trees and did laps. That resulted in a course of only 8K instead of 10 but, considering the weather, I don't think anyone was disappointed, especially our stalwart race timers who were catching the worst of it. Thanks Tom Fanticone and Rob Dolan for hanging in there and Shirley Ela for manning the soup table. In spite of the weather, the tracks were in good shape and the skiing was fast and competitive.
